Im new on here but joined to ask the same thing. Same thing happened to mine today, as I was getting in I heard a pop and the felt somthing snap in the seat. The lumbar adjustment **** just spins right off the cog now. Any ideas what happened? Is this a quick fix or does it require a new seat?

 

It was a quick fix at the dealer. A new **** was installed fairly quickly, and covered under warranty.

 

same thing happened to my 05. how can I fix it. out of warranty.
