Default 305/55r20

i have searched and searched but still no definitive answer on wether or not i can fit 305/55r20 Nitto Terra Grapplers on my '04 QC 2WD. I will be shortly putting 1.5" coil spacers on the front end. I know the height is fine but i am not sure about the width of these tires and if they rub. I know that if i get aftermarket rims with about a 4.75 inch backspacing they probably would not rub when turning. But if i keep my factory 20's will they rub?

I have heard they will fit and i have heard they wont. Can anyone say for sure yes or no?

I'm curious about this too, I was looking to put the same size on my 03. It would be great if they did.

Don't know your current tire, so i used my size. 265/60/20 vs 305/55/20

Tire hieght is .10mm taller
Tire width is 1.18" wider ( so about 1/2" on either side of the rim)
Overall Diameter is 33"

So i don't see an issue with it. but i ain't no expert!!!!!

I have 305/50/20 Goodyear Eagle GT-2's on my 04 Ram 4x2 reg cab short bed and have no rubbing at all. I have aftermarket Zinik Shogun rims, the wide tires really give this truck a mean aggressive sport truck look. The 305/55/20 tires are only a little bit taller so i really dont think you will have a problem.

just take it down to a discount tire or any other tire store and see if they can test fit the tire for you. I've done it on a few of my tires in the past and if they fit buy them and if not see what they recommend will. Most Discount tires around my area will do it for free if you ask.
