Sounds like the front end needs a thourough (?) inspection. It could be a bum shock, check for oil release. Try rotating the front tires to the back. Also check for a bent rim.
Could put the front end up on GOOD jack stands and pull and push everything under there that can move, see if you find a ball joint that going bad or possibly bad a-arm bushings.
Working on front ends sucks, it can be caused by a lot of things. Start with the simple stuff first.

Take the truck down and get all 4 tires balanced and rotated, check the shocks on the front on both sides, check the rotors to makes sure they're not slightly bent check all your joins and ALL the connections on both sides fo the truck. You may have lucked out when your truck slammed to the ground on the one side and not gotten any damage there BUT that doesnt mean that something on the oposite side didnt break loose or bend so when looking at everything make sure your looking at both sides not just the side that dropped. To me though it either sounds like a slightly bent/warped rotor or one of your linkages either broke or loosended up when it fell.
On one of my previous trucks, I experienced some serious wheel vibration at 45-50 mph. I took the truck to the tire store cause I thought I had thrown a wheel weight or the wheels were out of balance. Didn't know what to expect when the manager asked me to follow him to where my truck was elevated on the lift. He pointed out the source of my vibration problems, by showing me the dried Georgia red clay that had stuck to the inside of the wheels. I had gone hunting 2 weeks earlier and had gone through some nasty stuff. They cleaned the dried mud/clay off and that erased the vibration problems. The best thing was they didn't charge me a dime and said that they see this from time to time.
Another time, my family and in-laws rented a Ford Expedition for a trip to the mountains and experienced some SERIOUS vibration in the front end once we got rolling on the highway. Stopped by the tire store in Florence, SC and they pulled the tire from the rim and found that someone had emptied a can of that Stop-Leak goo in both front tires. They cleaned the stuff out, put each wheel on the balance machine and no more front end shimmy. Enjoyable trip thereafter.
These examples may not be the cause of your vibrations, but look at the simple stuff first. Good luck, let us know what you found.

If you are using the stock shocks, I'd switch out the shocks with some especially for dropped trucks.

No he's talking about his truck litterally dropping as in the one side fell off the jack with the tire off and slammed to the ground.
