Yikes! There seemed to be a fairly common thread among the diesel's. Some looked like they were purchased used but there were new owners as well. Some are older models so you'd think Dodge may have worked through any issues by now, who knows.

Here in CA they have a Lemon Law, if you have to have your vehicle repaired 3 times(I think?) for the exact same problem within a certain time frame the manufacturer has to buy it back from you. I'm not sure on all the specifics though so my info. may not be totally accurate. You live in Costa Rica so it's probably a moot point but I do wish you good luck in getting your problem solved.
