What is this "Correct the pinion factor"? is this just an adjustment to the computer like a Super Chips Flashpaq would do, or is it better to just take it to the dealer?
Right, it's a computer adjustment. I took it to my dealer (about $35) and it took about 10 minutes. I have a Hypertech Power Programmer III which doesn't have the tire size adjustment, so I had to go this route. I don't know if the super chips does the same exact thing or not.

Quick Question, i am going to replace the crappy stock tires for bigger ones. I just got the ram and today when it rained i noticed that the tires slip really bad when starting off, even slow. If i change the tires, reccomindations are greatly appreciatied, will that stop? I am mainly highway with some offroad, and i want the tires to not give off alot of noise while driving. What is the largest size tire that will fit on a 4x4 cummins. I ordered a leveling kit but do not want to lift the truck. Thanks in advanced.

any extra strain on a chevy will ruin every possible part in it...... but seriously, yes it will cause more fuel consumption and will affect the speedo. Im not sure how much it will affect it but you can get the speedo calibrated.
