2006 Dodge Ram Night Runner....
I think it's a nice looking truck for sure, go get it. I don't think anyone will tell you it's a mistake if thats the truck you want considering it has the 5.7 and this is a dodge forum. The only question is, would it be cheaper to do it seperatley to a black ram sport? would it be worth the time and effort even if you do save a few bucks? those are the only two questions to really ask because looks aside you will be purchasing an amazing automobile if you get that truck.
Yea the Night Runner is nice but I have to agree with motorider is it worth the extra duckets. When you could do it yourself. I've been doing it sinice 04.

nice truck baddodge. my truck isn't getting anything except the tint and spray in liner i already did until my 3 yr 36,000 is up. then she's getting some 20's and some more width for grip and an sts turbo.
i wouldn't recommend it...i think dodge made a mistake with that truck...if they were gonna make a special edition like that, they should've AT LEAST put a whole ground effect kit on it (like the older hemi sport trucks) and an exhaust....you're better off getting a black one with chrome wheels and tint it out and thats it theres your own night runner!
well it cost about 850 to get the night runner and u get black grill black headlights and black chrome rims. the headlights alone will cost you alot. i just have to remove that cheesey night runner sticker makes the car so ugly.
i kinda got that look going on with the small amount of chrome and the blacked out wheels.

then go for it if thats the look you're after. it's normally cheaper to just buy it from dodge than do it yourself with stuff like this. please do get rid of the night runner sticker or badging because that stuff is ugly.
my girl has a lowered r/c night runner with custom exhaust (magnaflow muffler with a downturn) ground force lowering kit and two tone katzskins leatehr interior with the night runner logo stiched into the seats.
the headlights on this truck run about 900 for the pair.
the 20 inch regular wheels are I belive 250ish a peice from mopar... black chrome i am sure is extra.
debaging can be a pain and will leave shadows on your doors.
night runner sticker ... not sure on the price... note it is reflective unlike the trx4/rumblebee etc stickers.
No way you can do this on a regular 1500 for less than what dodge did it for.
P.S. may be putting some chrome 22's on that puppy.

The only thing I'm not liking are the wheel, but I've always like chrome rims. The best advice on buying a new vehicle, test drive it, park it in your drive way and if you think it's worth it, then it is.
