Ram 1500 Vibration???
from an older post:
The Hunter 9700 balancing machine is by far the best.
This is the machine that a 5 star Dodge dealership is required to have
but techs quit so often they might not have a well trained operator of the 9700. If you balance was done on anything else besides a Hunter 9700 I know it is annoying but the balance should be re-checked.
There is also a bushing problem that is cropping up on some new Rams.
See archived post below.
Good luck.

especially the part where chadmech writes that:
The Tsb # is 02-001-07 REV A this has been there since mar 31 07. Chrysler is
aware of this is and is trying to adress the issue this tsb should get rid of
most of the vibration in the front end.....With regards to the tsb that the
dealer says doesn't apply (because it mainly deals with shudder during
braking). The bushings that are in the control arms are to soft causing the
suspension to bounce alot. I have personally done this tsb for your problem
along with road force balancing the tire and rims and the problem was almost
gone. I didn't own this truck but I drove it on the highway at 65 mph and I
couldn't stand the vibration. If this was my truck I would leave it there
until this issue was resolved. I hope this helps this is an issue that
Chrysler is aware and this is not going to go away.

Also have vibes. Yes goodyear 20 inch tire were substandard and wobbly. Replaced tires and tire noise is gone, love them but still have pulsing vibes at speeds between 55-75. This has got to have something to do with u-joints or balancers. Though vibes are faint im afraid its gonna get worse or damage more components in my 07 big horn 1500. Dealerships have proven very difficult to work with and most small shops wont do aft market warranty work. Have you resolved your vibe issue?
I recently bought an 06 Ram with hemi and thunderroad pack. I have a pulsing vibration between 55-65 it also occurs lower speed occasionally and higher too (35 and 75)
The first two times I took it in the told me it was wheel balance. I didnt really believe them, seeing as my tires should have been balanced at factory. The insisted since 20 inch wheels they were hard to balance, they had to send it off to get it done. The third time I drove with svc manager, he stated it was due to combination of stiffness in the frame and suspension with the 20 inch wheels. They still claim nothing is wrong with it. Has anyone else experienced this vibration in their truck with the larger wheels?

Have a 2007 Dodge 1500 4x4, 20 inch wheels, pulsating vibration starts at 90 kmh and starts to disappear after 100kmh, had wheel alignment, wheel balance and road force wheel balance, tried total different set of tires, I have been bringing this up with the dealer since 12000 kms, tried another dealer, they agree the vibration is there but they are not going to do anything about it. 87000 kms on it now, vibration feels like it is getting worse.
Warranty is now expired, going to see about drive line issues at drive line place , will keep you posted.
