See if ya'll agree with my thoughts on my situation and error message. I think this code is trying to tell me that the PCV valve is blocked up with thick 10w40, ya think that could be it?

I HIGHLY doubt it. First of all, the flow difference between a 5w30 and a 10w40 is not that great. You can use 10w30 per spec in your engine. I think it is probably your gas cap or the hoses mentioned earlier.
