Just Replaced plugs in my 2004 1500 with the 5.7 hemi reg not the mds hemi,
and I had 108000 thousand miles on the plugs that come with the truck.
never a check eng light.Just did it becoues champ plugs were on sale this weekend did them all for 40 bucks.

put the Copper plus back in hope thes work as good as the old ones, and you should have seen how worn these pluge were.
Can not see how was no missfire codes at all.
Guess I got a good set of plugs from the factory.

Might post some Pics of them later.

Replaced mine @ 30K. They were worn but not real bad. I changed mine on schedule to keep my lifetime powertrain warranty in check. I went with NGK V-Power copper plugs. Got a real good deal at www.moesperformance.com

Just something I saw on rockauto while looking at parts on the first set of plugs they have for the hemi (copper) it says recommends platinum for the secondary plugs. thought that was kinda odd. For me I just use the el-cheapo coppers and usually change them once a year because they are cheap and work good.
