I hope you dont get a reply to this![:@]
I am a victim of a milleage scam and I for one think it's criminal to do this.[:'(]
People who buy a used vehicle have every right to expect the millage to be correct.
To those who say this can't be done to a computerised PCM modern Hemi.........I for one can disprove it!

I totaly agree, trying to fudge the mileage is just way wrong. Find a better alternative like taking public transportation or carpooling....

Have you ever been to prision. I hear it's not the nicest place to vist or stay in. Mess with the mileage and you'll find out.

is this a joke? cause if its not i think you should see a doctor about being mentally retarted ( jk). if you drive alot of miles a lease isnt a good idea. yes its a cheaper payment but you also have to pay mileage fees if you go over the alotted miles ( exam.. 3 yr-36k).. the only way you can wave those fees is if you opt to buy the truck after the lease ends. you could buy the truck when theit ends then trade it it immediatly for a newer one ( my sister inlaw workls at teh dealership, and she says she sees people buy the car they leased and then trade it in pretty much next day and get pretty good deals. new cars and trucks always have the best deals) anyways good luck with that and dont take offense to what i wrote above i was just kidding around. but its not a good idea to scam the miles. not worth the jail time seeing in how its a felony offense.

Friend of mine worked in a Jeep dealership and a customer traded in a car with low miles but they downloaded on board computer and caught him for kicking miles back.

Hi all. I'm new to this. I'm tryin to help out my boyfriend. He has a '05 Ram 1500 Hemi. He's having problems with his mileage. He drives too much and its a lease. Does anyone know of a way to disconnect the mileage?

Should've bought the truck in the beginning. I can't see any reason for leasing a truck. I abuse mine way to much for a lease.
Quoting everyone else here, "Bad Idea"!!!

Im thinking if your boyfriend knew how dishonest you were he wouldnt be your boyfriend anymore. Not only is it just plain wrong to tamper with the odometer its against the law. This thread should be deleated.
