I am not normally a fan of lowering trucks... but I must admit that with the bright color paint jobs (yellow, orange, etc.) it really does look good. Nice looking truck.

cr80renob, i know threads are pointless on a subject like this without pics, but i said i would get a pic up as soon as i could. I'm a busy college student so just hang with me for a bit man. Ram4life, thank you for the comment.

below is the link for the new pic, so go check it out if you want. this damn driveway pisses me off cuz it's all messed up so it looks like the rear sits lower then the front, but it doesnt. and let me know what all of ya think, curious to see how other people think it looks. thanks guys

That looks really nice!!! I am curious......How is the ride now compared to stock? I am looking at lowering my truck as well. How much did it cost to have some one install it?

After I lowered mine on decent shocks its so much better then stock. I cannot beleave how poor the build quality is on the stock shocks.

I have improved ride, handeling, and breaking. Im sure Yellow is having a simular effect.

hey thanks for the comments guys.

cr80renob, the ride now sucks lol. This kit uses all the factory shocks which was kinda nice but at the same time it sucks. i'm looking at getting some aftermarket gas shocks.

steelyd, the few people i talked to around here gave me a quote of $700 to install the kit so i said the hell with em. I pulled it in my parents garage when i was home from break and just tore into it. Took me about4 1/2hrs working by myself and taking some breaks cuz i was gettin pissed off. I rented a coil spring compressor from Advance Auto, and it worked like a charm. Overall, I thought the kit was very easy to install. I read through the instructions that came with the kit before I did it, and they were very clear cut, no confusion or anything about how it is installed. It's something that someone with average skills could do over a weekend, IMO.

Thanks for your comments, and hopefully more mods are to come as i get the much needed money, lol [sm=groupwave.gif]
