Interesting.......

I'm interested in more information, can you guys point me in the right direction for these products? Also what should I expect to pay for such a mod?

Thanks,

-Eli

well, they do run pricey... i wanna say like 400-500 $$... sometimes its a good investment, others... its not. it all depends on your trucks condition and how well it will take the chip... its like a heart transplant... you never know if your body will like the new heart or not. understood?

Their website with links to their forum is www.flashpaq.com. Otherwise, look around at some of the more popular accessory web sites and you can find it to price it out.

What sort of gains can one expect or should I say "should-expect" from a 400-500 bill?

Thanks,

-Eli

Ok, I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. What all can you CHANGE with an SC? I know you can change the speedo to work with bigger tires, but what about different gears? Or cams? I'm just not sure I want to invest $400 in something that will only work until rebuild the engine.

sounds like the super chip guy on here needs to help "foiled". that would be the decent thing to do. especially since u said weve sold thousands and had a handful with the same problem. well if they all have the same problem sounds like something that needs to be fixed.

not trying to start problems, i just think that as part of this forum we all help eachother out, and that if your going to be on here pushing a product you should atleast help out this guy with a problem? if i could offer some advice i would, but i have no idea.

plus is everyone on here with a super chip seriously running higher octane fuel on there truck? if so thats crazy, its a truck not a bmw or vette. i want to put a chip but no way am i gonna start using higher octane gas, especially considering the price of the stuff.
