LIGHTS WONT COME OUT TO REPLACE THE BULBS

Default LIGHTS WONT COME OUT TO REPLACE THE BULBS

I have an 05 ram and i have xenon lights that im putting in. I took out all the bolts that hold the light in(i think) but it still wont slide out. Please help me and tell me if im doing anything wrong. I removed the three bolts

there is one push in clip on each fender to hold the light in. its a pretty stiff clip, but it will pull out

yah it's just held in place by (3) 10mm bolts and then just pull it out as mentioned above

If you are just replacing bulbs, you do not have to remove the light housing, only the socket in the back of the housing, accessed from under the hood.

there is no need to remove the light housing ....the bulbs are removed from the rear side of the light.
screw on collar and spring clip are all that need to be releases on the back.

as mentioned.... this applies to bulb replacement applications only.

yah, but it's much easier to do it with the housing removed and its only 3 screws

Yeah it's easier to do with the housing out but it's still in no way difficult with the housing still in the truck.
