RE: Heat problem!
i bought my 07 with the 4.7 not too long ago, and my heat sucks in that as well, is yours something that has gotten worse? or has it always sucked? if it's something that's gotten worse, flush the whole bish, replace the coolant if desired or just top it off, and try replacing the termo. if that doesn't kick it, i'd have the techs read your info while it's running.

Let the engine cool and open the Radiator cap. If you no not see water add some. I am sure your coolant % will be fine unless you add more then 1 gallon, then add water to the over flow to the bottem line. But if you are not sure that you had plenty of antifreeze in it just do a 50/50 mix.
My 06 Hemi has the orange antifreeze coolant in it. I am not sure of the 4.7 but you need to try and match it.

Guys,
DON'T use Dex-Cool. Orange is just a color. The Mopar "orange" coolant is actually quite different than Dex-Cool. Dex-Cool is considered too corrosive for Mopar applications. If you can't/won't get Mopar coolant, then get Zerex G-05 coolant. If you have to go with the other long-life coolants, then you'll probably need to flush first or plan on a flush soon in the future. I've seen Zerex G-05 at Napa and Pep Boys around here. Also, buy "distilled" water only to mix/dilute the coolant. Don't use tap water if at all possible. Personally, I'd stick with Mopar for top-offs just to be on the safe side.
BTW, I used Dex-Cool in my wifes Caravan V6. It ate 2 water pumps and one timing cover gasket before I realized the mistake. Won't do that again...
