Well I finally went to the Dyno today to compare Superchips vs Bullydog. Here is what I came up with:

The first thing is Horsepower. Bullydog won on this one by 3.1 HP.

On to Torque. Superchips won by 8.5 ft/lbs of Torque.

So overall they were very evenly matched as far as HP and TQ are concerned.

Hope that helps whoever is trying to make decisions. Just remember that both companies are trying to better their product, so things will always be getting better.

seems really high on the AF ratio!! maybe im jsut used to turbos. what was the dyno on your truck?

still stunned at how high the af ratios are! wtf are they that high on NA engines?!

 

No they are not normally that high. I think it was the dyno O2 sensor.

 

What kinda power/torque were you making on those runs? Which of the two programmers do you personally prefer?

 

I would like to know also.

Quite honestly, my truck is SCARY fast, and I'm curious as towhat it might be making as far HP/torque.

 

How about stock dyno runs?

 

Thanks for the input you gave us. I hate to ask this but what were the base HP ratings compaired to the runs with the tuners? You really opened up a can of worms on this one so you might just want to wait a little bit and answer all the questions at once. Thanks again for the info though.
