Be careful, it's a proven fact that the cheaper blue dyed bulbs actually give off less light then stockers. I fell for that crap and the light was a nice bluish tint but I couldn';t see as far down the road as stock!! Silverstars, PIAA, or IPF bulbs.

At the risk of sounding like HankL:

There are studies about the effect on blue light on the eyes. This is from a web

The bluer the tint cast on the road and surrounding area, the more quickly your eyes become tired. It's a personal choice andrecognize and respect that some install HID's mostly for the look. However, very blue headlights might get you the wrong kind of attention from law enforcement.

if i dont want blue lights but i want the brightest bulbs available for a stock light assembly what should i look for??

personally, I think they give off more light and I can see farther down the road then i could with the stock....the silverstars are worthless IMO..i had a set in my truck, they lasted about 7 months and then they burnt out....I'm still on the same set of headlights now and goin on 1 1/2 yrs.......

i found em online someplace, was kinda skeptical about em but they've turned out to be pretty good

i have the 8000k purple nokya in the fogs and 7500k nokya blue in the headlights and i love them and great visibility at night.
