Undercoating here in SALT LAND!
ORIGINAL: Dynamicxx
Yes, Crown is pricey, and I have used it before, think I'm going to check my other vehicles now, to see if they did do a complete job or not.
Big Guy, did you get a specific sprayer to apply your own?
Another question, (great forum!), is there any advantage to having wheel well liners? I'm thinking rocks/salt etc?
Thanks again.

having mine undercoated next weak, the salt that is being used in New york is killing our cars . these guys over due they laying of this stuff up hear. I am having it done at the same time as the Rino on my bed . It's a gel base material. Don't have the name but I'll get it to you guys once I come back from the shop. Hopefully this will stop the rust that is starting by my leafsprings and chasey. Any recomodations before I have itdone?
I'm In Long Island NY and the undercoating cost me $175. This is for a petrolium gel base coating. I think that undercoating your truck with the rino would be very expencive and don't know if the shop would do it cause in order to lay it properly they need toscratch upthe area that is being layed on.To do that to the whole underside would be a lot of labor time for preping. The rino on my 6ft bed was about $580 , and that's with the bed fully acsesable.
