The exhaust warranty is gone but thats it. Pretty much you can do CAI and exhaust for performance and that's it.

Yeah they just won't cover anything that has to do with your exhaust warranty. I brought my 06 in under warranty for a blown tranny and I had CAI and exhaust and they didn't say anything, they just fixed it. How much extra was the 5/75 warranty on your 06? I have the 3/36 but I may go back and purchase the 5/75 after the issues I have already had with my 06.

That would be awesome! Well I know our transmissions burn out 2nd gear and over drive clutches ALOT and I did that plus trash a valve body. There are probably 25+ guys on dodgetruckworld that have fried their transmission so it is a real problem. To keep your tranny from going boom never got WOT with o/d on...period. My tranny went boom the day I installed my superchips so I got rid of it and will not longer run a programmer.

the only way your warranty will be trashed for each item is as follows: (and i even asked to make sure)

lets say you put headers in... any problem that may occur leading to your headers, you cannot fix under warranty.

so basically, if a problem is brought back to your aftermarket item, its not under warranty anymore.

this is what my service guy told me too. I have the 70/70,000 warranty, purchased for $1900 when I got my '07. I already knew the implications when I had my Charger and did the same type of mods on it.
