Hemi under glass vs. AEM Brute force
Im lookin to get an intake on my 2007 dodge ram 5.7. i have always gone with AEM brute force intake. I have looked up this new product called "HEMI RAM AIR", its a true ram air set-up. you can look it up at www.vararam.com. Does anyone have this installed on there truck or know if its a good or bad buy?

The vararam says 'all the right things'
and has a page that shows many more tests than usual
http://www.vararam.com/competition.html
including MAF readings
{notice they mistakenly call it a MAP reading}
but to be able to depend on things
it needs to be "independently tested"
even better
it needs a 'SAE Observer' present
when the tests are done to certify
that the tests are being done honestly.

Their data shows how much "Ram Air" is complete b.s. using hood scoops and their product. You have to be at racing speeds to see any results in terms of positive pressure. How well it works as a cold air delivery system is another matter.
Those hoses give the air charge a vortex swirl and improve horsepower...

Ram air sucks. You need to get blown:
