yeah im glad youre ok but id hate to see what that would have done to the ram. it definantly would have took the impact better than the mirage did, but with a hit like that youre still likely to end up with a bent frame, or at the very lest, a bed with the sides bent outwards and pushed up against your cab.

Glad to hear you are ok, man.That's pretty good for a 45 mph hit. I think your mitsu did exactly what it was designed to do. If I were you I'd be happy to walk away and could care less about the car.

Yes I am in pain can barley move my neck is sore as heck and my colar bone is realy hurting today and my eye is still all swealed up bad and is really bad looking with that cut looks bad. But I know its going to get worse pain wise as I have heard it takes a few weeks for bad wiplash to really show up.
Have a meeting with a law firm on monday they will be coming to the house so will go from there.

 

speed, here's my opinion on what you should do. If you haven't already done so, go see a doctor. Start making a record of proactive measures you've taken to help alleviate or even check out the pain. I know it's Thursday and you'll be seeing the firm on Monday, but call them today and ask them whether they feel that it would be beneficial to do a full medical evaluation or to wait until they've talked to you. Also, make sure your story is straight in regards to the whole incident. From my experience, opposing counsel AND insurance companies are a bitch to work with when a lot of money is called into question. Chances are, when and if you sue for damages, you can claim a whole lot more than what you're expecting..but it's definately gotta be legitimate. Being unemployed due to injury is a definite recoverable damage. Just make sure that the attorneys cover this from every angle: what to expect, what kind of damages to sue for, and who will be expected to pay: the woman or her insurance agency. Take care.

Well at least it wasnt the Ram and your safe .... did you roll out of the car, call for your mother, say that you couldnt feel you legs and pee yourself ? In short, Insurance is a racket ... time for some payback. Make sure your lawyer goes after both insurance company's. Your and hers !!!
