Default should have drove the ram

Hi well was driving my mitusbihi mirage to save on gas and on way home yesterday was hit waiting at a red light. she did not even touch her breaks hit me going about 45 mph. slamed me into a F 150 air bags then went offand me and the f 150 went through the intersection about 150 feet or so.
here are some pics of the car the F-150 just had bumber damage i did not see her car as i was out of it .
Im am ok just a bad cut in my eyelid over left eye and have seablet burn across my shoulder I was lucky.

wow!! you got lucky! i hope youre doing good man.buer what happened to the mirage. i had a mirage (as a rental) and i loved it! damn. but you gonna go to court or take any action or what?

yes i am going to get a lawer. i driver tracktor trailer so I am losing money as I am to sore and stiff to go in and load the truck and make my deliverys. And for my car was a 95 so I know will not get much for it from my insur glad I kept comp on it even though it was old car now
car was in like new condition always keept in the garage .
