Not sure on the seatbelt although I have seen it. I simply used to blue t-tap connector and connected the two wires under the seatbelt lock to make it think the seatbelt was always latched. There is a away to program it though but that became know a long time after I had already did mine and so left well enough alone. ;-)

As for the reset of the PCM, you pull the PCM fune and switch the ing on-off-on-off-on and wait the the two chimes. The replace the fuse and crank her up and drive.

You hook up the seat belt to keep the chime from dinging.
Look in your manual to find which fuse is for the ecm. Remove it.
Get in the truck and close the door.
Buckle seat belt.
Turn key to on (not start)
Wait for it to ding twice (there is a pause between the first and 2nd ding)
After the second ding, turn off key, remove seat belt, exit truck and reinstall the fuse.
Start the truck and drive away.
Worked for me.

Yeah I posted it up a while back...

reset the truck disconect the negative battery cable and turn on your lights for a bit and after a while reattach everything, OR (not sure which fuse it is on the 07+) but on the 03-06 you can pull the PCM B+ power fuse (#19 on the 03, #23 on the 04-05, and #31 on the 06), after you pull it leave it out, go to the cab of the truck, bucle the seatbelt, turn the ignition to run, wait for three chimes, turn the ignition off and replace the fuse.

It erases the "learned" data in the PCM and allows it to start fresh. This should be done after any significant mod: CAI, Cat-back exhaust, cam, headers. The learned data can cause your truck to be sluggish over time.

The removal of the battery negetive, is the full "cold" reset of the PCM.
The fuse removal is a "soft" reset.
Both are good but should be used correctly.
If forinstance you have made mods to the engine, do a "cold" reset. That way the PCM relearns new parameters.
If you have an error code you want rid of like the gas cap code, do the "soft" reset.
Hope this helps?
Al.
