The highest MPG I have seen in my 2009 Ram Hemi is 19.4 MPG. I fuelled up and immediately hopped on the interstate for about 40 miles. When I got to my destination I just so happened to be flipping through the computer and thats what I saw. Mind you there was no traffic and I had very little hills to deal with. I wish I got that all the time!

Brand new truck from dealership to my driveway at 50 to 65mph using inertia technique in the hills. I was EXTREMELY light footed and the PCM "learned" to upshift and "Fuel Save Mode" early.

I just made a trip from Virginia Beach to Houston and went through 3 1/2 tanks... I ran Shell or Chevron 89 for the duration. I kept it at 70-80 with little to no stopping and managed 17.4 off the first two tanks. On the third tank, I slowed it down to 55-65 and managed 20.5 ......

Just came back from Clearwater Florida, 5000km's or 3000 miles round trip. I averaged mid 19's mpg on the way down and mid 18's mpg on the way back. I was heavier on the way back, one extra person plus luggage. We drove through that bad snow storm on the 19th of December, did 300 miles in 4hi on the I-81. The truck preformed very well in 4x4 as expected. When my wife was driving the computer read in the mid 20's mpg, she drives at about 60 mph where I drive mid 70's mph. Overall I am impressed with the real world mpg of this truck, I love the sound of the dual exhaust and the power available when I punch it even at 70 mph! Happy New Year!
