Yeah I do have that "cut-off' on low beam. I did notice turning on high beams does not increase the light, like normal high beams, but it just removes that cut off so the light shines higher.
No problem! Also I don't know if the owner before you did or not, but theres an adjustment screw under the hood to adjust the height of your light up. B/c the stock lighting on these trucks are horrible my lights were so low when I had the stockers in there... Just some .02 cents if you wanted to play with it and see if it gets any better.
Mikeyyy you have a bi-xenon projector and i meant bi-xenon aka high and low beam. when you flash the projector moves from the inside and moves the light upwards. thats all
