Here is the latest from topguncustomz
Seller's message:
"Nobody is getting smart with you, so you need to change the tone. Again I am telling you what they told us. We do care about taking care of our customers, but you have already left me negative feedback so I can't help you. You didn't give me a chance to. Jim"
I guess 5 weeks is just not enough time for these as*holes. They must not even have enough cash on hand to give a refund, I hope these f*krs go down in flames.

Those guys are local to me and have a decent reputation. Odd they wont just refund your money.

I had the exact same thing happen on eBay for a marine GPS, guy had 2000+ feedback and a 99.8% feedback. I bought it, the next day I got an e-mail with a USPS tracking number so I didnt worry much about it. A week later the tracking number was still showing at the post office. I e-mailed the seller, never heard back.

Week later I contacted eBay and filed a dispute (had to wait until two weeks after the ship date), I started reading the feedback and 99% pf the guys positive feedback was for selling little 1.00 baseball cards and such. The last couple weeks all kinds of negative feedback for not shipped GPS units started popping up.

After about a month I finally got the money back from eBay, the seller is no longer there, at least not under that name anyhow. I know the frustration, that was 700.00 and I was getting more pissed off by the day because eBay just kept saying 'the seller said it shipped so you will have to wait' while he had 10 people posting negative feedback for the exact same thing in the meantime.

Ebay is a PITA to deal with, unless of course you sell something on there and they want their money - then you hear from them often.

I am a frequent eBay buyer. I have went from spending $10k-$20k a year there to maybe $500 a year because of issues like this. Sure you get your money eventually, but eBay needs to police themselves better and make companies who play games like this suffer consequences hard enough that they quit trying it. If an item is back-ordered, the seller should take a day to contact everyone who ordered it and OFFER a refund and not have to be dragged through the buyer protection kicking and screaming. Glad it worked out for you. BTW, I have NEVER had a problem like this from a Chinese seller and I have bought hundreds of things from Chinese sellers.
