custom projectors and switchback turnsignals
Agreed with Jay... Do them all at one time... I've had to pull mine out so many times, it gets annoying. Best bet is put painters tape on your bumper when you pull the grille off to prevent scratching your bumper fyi..
I pulled my lights 15 times and never had to remove the grill, light just fits perfectly when removing it. I've also got fogs and headlights from Jeremy but I'm out of the province with my truck for work, and the lights came in when I was gone, so their just sitting pretty in a box. I can't wait now.. Mikeys how did you wire your fogs, (bixenon). Are they on highbeam mode all the time or what?
I'm planning on doing a before and after with my current cheap halogen projectors.. But that probably won't happen for a month or two.. I did see some pics on retroshop.us and the cutoff looks very clean, no spill whatsoever.
here is a quick shot of the cutoff. It was taken with my phone so the quality is not the best but they have a great cutoff....there is no bleeding of the lights at all, my turn signals are what is lighting up the upper part of the garage.

I have also just noticed that I need to turn up my drivers side a bit to flatten the cutoff line.

Jay it looks as if you should lower your passenger to get the cutoff line, I only say that because it looks as if the passenger side is to high. But maybe it's the angle from you took the pic?
Here`s a cheap mod for your back up lights and 3rd brake light.
Buy some #894 halogens and mod them in, WORLD OF DIFFERENCE...!
For the back up lights, i took my die grinder to the odd tab on the #894 (left the two opposing tabs) fit right in the tail light housings. Then made a short harness to hook up the bulb connections at the factory harness. The #894 bulbs stand at the perfect height inside the back up light housings and shine perfectly. This is one mod i can say i`m VERY glad i did, as now i can see ALOT more behind me when backing up.
The 3rd brake light, i cut the plastic base off the #894 bulb, folded the wire tabs in half, plugged it in. I also installed wig-wag flasher along with the halogen bulb. Its amazing how quick the people behind me now pay more attention when i step on the brakes. I`m now working on 15/42watt brake & tail light mods for the tail light housings, i`ll keep ya`ll posted how that works out.
To go from that cheezy #921 (17watt) to the halogen #894 (37.5watt) it will not tax your lighting system.
Not to mention, the halogens will outlast those #921 bulbs two hundred to one easily.
Anyhow, just thought i`d throw some lighting mods in here along with all yours.
