Attention,attention!!!!!!!!!
That's what you have insurance for. Let the process work through and you'll end up with a replacement vehicle soon enough. It can't be any fun to go through, but don't let it stress you out too much.

some advice for dealing with the insurance. Try homeowners ins for the contents not included with the truck ins. When dealing with the replacement cost, the ins adjuster will try to low ball you - don't accept KBB or any value at first offer. When I was going through this for a truck, I went to all of the local dealers and got the prices for a certified truck retail. I told my insurance that since I was the original owner, I wanted to buy a truck from a dealer with good maintenance records and not settle for KBB value. I also got them to pay me for the sales tax, registration costs and reimburse me for the remaining months of the registration on my old truck. Turned out to be a great deal for me (more than I could have sold it for). I then went to the dealer and ordered a new model. In your case get an '013 with the 8 speed (hopefully you can wait till they are available). Make lemonade out of the lemon.
The insurance adjuster left me feeling pretty good about the deal, don't know if i will be totally satisfied or not though. The adjuster said I would receive 2 payments, both payments totalling the blue book value of my truck. As for my accessories, there was a limit on accessory payout, but if my accessories costed more than the limit, then they would probably pay it anyway.I hope this is a good turnout.I have never dealt with this situation before....would this be satisfactory to everyone else?
Is there a sales tax in your state? If so they need to pay that to you also. Blue book may be low, got to dealers and find a similar truck to your and get that price, if it's higher than blue book tell them you want for highest price. Also, registration costs of the new vehicle and the prorated licence/registration fee of the old truck. I went through this and thanks to my cousin, a lawyer that specializes on these sort of claims, I was able to get a lot more money than what they began offering.
edit: I just looked up the sales tax in your area and it's 6%. So if you get KBB of about $29,000 plus the 6%, you get another $1740.

Pedro's suggestions are good ones. If you can't find anything comparable at local dealers use CarSoup or AutoTrader to find out asking prices for similar models.
Remember, the insurance company's goal is to pay you as little as it possibly can to satisfy the claim. It's your responsibility to ensure that they pay you a fair amount that meets the obligations of your policy. Don't assume they are going to look out for your best interests.
