what truck is better pw 2500 or 3500

His dad will crap when his 'mud bogging' tears the heck out of a truck. Wait until one sucks in some water and bends rods and breaks pistons. I have had that towed with gas engines and Cummin power. Big ticket repairs. Made lots of money on them. Lots. As well as ruined alternators, broken full of water diffs etc.

At age 16, paying for gas, paying the payments, paying the maintance and heres the big one , The insurance, yo will be broke to your 25 years of age and than you will own a old falling apart dodge or you will be buying a new one all over again.
2500 vers 3500 , one extra leaf spring on the 3500, CTD trucks have a larger diff than hemi powerd trucks, new CTD ie the 6.7 will be running urea to cut down on the made up emissons exting the tail pipe.
Solid axle front ends on dodge HD trucks are crappola, but even thow I own one, the 2013 HD 2500 Ram is playing with me big time...

There is. The 3500 with the 30,000 rating in addition to the heavier rear end gears and a lot of other small improvements is a dually, has the new stronger frame, stronger transfer case, and uses the Aisin tranny coupled to the new diesel. This is also when towing via a 5th wheel that when factory ordered comes with extra frame bracing. Probably need a CDL to operate one of these beasts.

On the quad cab, or crew models 2500 vers 3500, extra leaf spring on the rear is the only differance if booth trucks are a ctd.
I doubt thiers any differance in frames as booth 2500 and 3500 are runing ctd engines, with larger axles than a hemi and dodge can't afford to build two verssions of the same frame when all they do on a 3500 is add a extra spring, or 4 wheels on the rear.
3500 dually is the truck Dodge is saying is the towing king, for 2013 thier are three differing hp numbers and tourqe numbers on the CTD line of engines.
6.7 with a 6sp man has lower hp and tourqe....and This is my drive train of choice..
