I hear THAT tuna, i live in the NE and hate the cold here... the older i get, the more i hate it.
Cost of gas, cost of living, it all gets you no matter where you are... everything all seems to equal out eventually.

Default new truck for me

I just bought a 2008 4x4 big horn Hemi extended cab. It has 43,000 miles on it. 392 gears What typical gas milage should i be getting? I dont drive slow and not like a wild man either but inside the truck its saying 13 MPG. Is that reasonable or a little low??

No idea, you're in the wrong section. A 2008 is a 3rd Gen

yeah thats about it. my brother has the same truck, best he ever got with it is 14mpg, BUTTTTTTTTTT, he`s running very aggressive tires on it too, aggressive treaded tires and harsh driving habits eat your mpg bigtime.

I just have stock 20" tires and not too bad driving yet as far as getting on gas .. Did a couple times just to feel the Hemi of course.. but if i do the cat back exhaust, K&N CAI, and SC 3865 will I see any improvements in gas mileage or should I just figure on 13 MPG being the best I'll see?

I'm sure if i go from 3:92 gears to 3:55's i would see some descent gains right?

All depends on usage. IF your miles are mostly in town then the 3.92's will generally be better. If you do mostly highway miles then the 3.55's should be better. The cost of changing the gears will exceed any money you will ever save on gas.
