I understand knowing your vehicles capabilities running straights. I've put more mileage on my Charger running 1/4 then anything else, lol. I'm at the point where I'm consistent to within two tenth. A two tenth difference is a significant improvement with repeatability.

My point was (at least Great Lakes Dragaway) during the weekdays, the tree doesn't represent anything toward deducting reaction time. You'll see it on your slip, but trap speed/time are based off movement, and not reaction. So you are likely seeing an improvement based off vehicle driving experience, and not reaction time.
