Well, guess I am in the market for a new truck. This is what happens when a semi runs a red light and swipes you at 40+ MPH. I managed to see him out of the corner of my eye and come to a stop, otherwise he would have hit me somewhere around the driver's door.
Front end is off center (can't open passenger door), and the bed is off center as well.

I am fine so far, thanks guys. Just muscle aches/pains, hopefully they don't turn into anything more.
Now two hard parts... waiting for his insurance to come through, and finding another truck that agrees with me. So far only two optioned the way I want within a 6 hour radius, and both are close to that (one about 4 hours away, one is at the very edge, 6.5 hours).

Adjuster called me... aftermarket parts, replacing the front section of frame, and he's not sure about mechanical damage. $16000. I am not happy, I know that is to low, and any time you talk about replacing that large of a section of frame...
Told him I wanted OEM parts, and told my body shop how I felt about it. They are going to call him and talk to him to see if "we are just spinning our wheels", and then call me back.

Always a bad deal when someone tears up your property.
I'm surprised the bags didn't deploy. Thinking you would be getting a new truck if they had. The only good thing is that you are ok.
Something similar happened to my wife. She was T-boned by a hit and run driver while in her new three week old SUV. Insurance made the repairs. However, we couldn't accept having a "repaired" new vehicle. So we had to eat the depreciation and buy new again. She drove the replacement vehicle for many years without some bone head damaging it.
