Requesting some help with a part number or location on where to purchase. The other day was putting my Ram into gear and noticed some tares in the rubber column mounted gear shifter boot. I have looked at the normal locations like Rock Auto and Parts.com but cannot seem to find the boot for a replacement. Please help. 13 Ram 1500 Express 2wd.

Sorry, all I could find was the floor shifter boot. Iwhitne is probably right, go to the dealer.

 

Peeps, thanks for the advice. Did head to the dealer today and the parts guy was looking up the possibility of the boot. He called in a tech to help, come to find out that you cannot buy the boot itself, you have to purchase the entire shifter that comes with the boot, seems to be the pair. 95.00 if I really want to replace both. Oh well, will continue with options.
