You think that glob of grease they put in the port was the problem? I don't understand why they would do that then take a picture and lie to me about it.

 

Sometimes, the guys at the factory have a somewhat perverted sense of humor.....

We got a conversion van into the dealership, and the new owner was disgusted by a horrible rattle from 'somewhere in the back'....... Turned it over to my squeak and rattle guy, and after a couple hours, he comes up to the desk with a can half full of pebbles, with a string tied around it...... He found it inside the rear quarter panel... complete with a note: "How long did it take you to find THIS?".......
