2009 ram 4.7 tune up
Hey all, have to do a tune up on my fathers 2009 ram 1500 4.7 v8. Now I’m not familiar with newer rams as I’m use to my second gen 5.9. Cap rotor plug Wires and plugs, that’s what I know, as far as this newer engine I’m lost. What do I need and what brands do y’all recommend for plugs?
Stick with OEM plugs. Parts store will be able to tell you, or look at the underhood sticker for what came from the factory. If you don't have an owners manual, you can download them for free from the dodge website. Contains the maintenance schedule for the vehicle and will tell you everything you need to do and when.
