Thanks for responding.

My 06 2500 ram 5.7 hemi 6 sp is my first dodge/chrysler poroduct.

I'm well into my 40's and evry truck bought up till 06 was built by Ford.

Booth Fords advantages and Dodges advantages as well as the negative stuff is cut and dried.

in my opion the new Ram really looks like a dakota, I have to see the 09 Ram in person to get the real impression, but all the good stuff in the hemi department is worth noting.

My 06 Ram has been the best truck I ever owned, the 2500 carries forward the best old school knowlege ( solid front axles ) with proven Dodge durabillity, like I mentioned, the 1500 Ram is impressive, but If I like the body style, I'm getting a new 2010 or 2011 2500 Ram.

Keep us posted..

With the new Ram box storage is there room to have a bed cover, like fold-a-cover, and still use the Ram box? Or would any after market cover have to go end the top of the Ram Box?

BTW thanks for all the answers... I know I have been curious about the new model since it was announced.

Good to have you here, Bobafett. You should check out the Brand News section sometime and see if you can help out.
