Offficial kill thread ?
I have tried to get 2 Tundras and one Titan to run me, no takers so far....kinda dissapointed. Will keep you posted.
Pretty sweet truck you got there. Man i've been looking like crazy for a new ram to run, but i haven't even seen any 09's on the street. Too bad your kinda far. You need to put an exhaust on that bad boy.
Thank you, yours looks very nice too. I would be most happy to oblige you but alas the distance thing. I do respect the Tundra's but am not too worried about the 4 door ones. It is a RCSB like yours that I think will produce a very close race. Right now I am all stock and just trying to break it in but many mods are on the wish list. Cheers.
Don't be to eager to get embarresed by a Tundra, Toyota is supercharging the Tundra and the what ever the hell the spelling is on the Saquiorya.
The new Ram has some get and up go, once the afternarket steps up, drag racing is going to the hands of he driver, not so much the truck.

Well for one, you don't have a real truck, A short box reg cab is well, a reg cab short box, all it's good for is for your speed test's. Your a orange guy going after apples, I would take a tundra any day over a reg cab short box hemi.
A dakota with the 4.7 could show your hemi what dakota tail lights look like due to its light whieght and H/P ratio....
The hemi is a great engine, I have the 5.7, a volant CAI and dual ex on my 06 2500 6sp, reg cab 4x4, 100% work truck.
I drive a wide range of makes threw my employment and the Tundra was my latest rental, kinda hard to transport five people and tools + supplies in a reg cab short box hemi with a 6 foot box.

I do not have a supercharger or any mods so why would I be embarrased again? If you think a 4 door Tundra has it locked up against a RCSB Hemi you aren't too well versed in power to weight ratios. RCSB to RCSB will be a real close run and, as I stated, I do respect the Toyota 5.7L. So, unless you have some first hand experiences, there are no real battle reports out there to prove "embarassing" one way or the other. You are sitting back speculating on paper and number battles, I am out there in the real world hunting. I will let you know who gets emabarassed when it happens.
Any idea on what h/p your putting on the rer wheals...?????

My truck is not a truck - just because you say so….LOL!! Funny, the window sticker says truck, Chrysler says it’s a truck, but Cyclone outwits them all with the press of a return key. A minivan can haul 5 people too, so it’s a truck right? Do you even *think* before you type this nonsense? This Ram will tow a 6000lb RV through the mountains here in CO and take me 4x4'ing just the same as my last Hemi Truck, and it’s damn fast too. So your assessment that it is only for speed is proven specious at best and disingenuous at worst.

Once again, you have just typed something without thinking. Let me help you here, the best 0 to 60 time for a 2008 Dakota (even with a manual) is around 8.4 seconds. Would you care to explain how this compares to the 6 seconds or less of a RCSB Hemi Ram? Please cite me the sources that back your claim so that we can safely assume your understanding of power to weight ratio is not on par with your spelling abilities. In the mean time, while I am driving my 09, you can just keep postulating about what you _think _ a truck is. Cheers
