Just wondering if the Bakflip is weatherproof?

The Mopar cover being discussed here looks to be made by Fold-a Cover. I'd put money on it. I have been fretting for over 2 weeks which cover to buy....the BAK Flip G2 or Fold-a-Cover G4. I believe I'm going with the BAK Flip because it will give you full access to your bed and it fits flush, not on top of the bed rails. From the reviews I've read it seems if you do the correct install the BAK will not leak. Probably just takes some patience to adjust the top properly.

Anyone try this one? Looks like it has the advantages of the flipbak plus one, it folds into the bed. The only down fall would be you have to plan ahead, fold it before you load everything.

Actually, just looked at available models. Didn't see one for the quad cab. Maybe I'll contact them to see when or if it will be available

The reviews on the Peragon are terrible. Better stay away from that one.

I just bought this for mine that I bought friday. I had one on my Z71 that I traded in and it was great I have a four wheeler and this thin only weighs about 25lbs so you just folded all the way forward and lifted it off by yourself. Or you can just fold it forward and clip it there and the length of one section is all that stays coveered. No extra hardware easy to put on.http://www.autoanything.com/tonneau-...A2056A0A0.aspx

i had one identical to this (gm accessory) on my 02 silverado and loved it. worked great, very easy to use. the only problem i had with it was the bows snapped after 2' of snow/ice accumulated on the tarp in connecticut (i was gone at the time, underway on a submarine). the bows were cheaper and flimsier than the extang ones though, and like i said, beyond that it was a breeze to use.

I put an undercover on my truck. This is the second one I've owned and I have been very happy. They are very durable and very easy to remove (2 *****).

I like the mopar cover you have, can you take the whole thing off the truck? My dad just bought the Extang solid trifold made out of Aircraft aluminum, it's pretty nice. No tracks bolted to the rails, seals pretty good (not totally waterproof). And when you remove it, the truck is back to stock. The problem I have with the mopar is the structural FOAM for the $. The extang is cheaper.
