the treads say 'EFX', the box said 'Buffalo'. I looked at these pics close, and the brackets, bolts, etc. are identical. I'd venture they are the same bar with a different logo in the plastic treads if they do say 'truck champ'. I 'stole' mine when I noticed the ebay listing was located in the same town I work, so I wrote to that chap and I got kicked back to the distributor and dealt with him directly for a cash deal and pickup to avoid sales tax, shipping, and a middleman fee. I got real lucky. The distributor has several different ebayers and websites he drop ships for. I did a little more investigating and determined that it is a branch of the large local truck accessory place doing high volume internet sales without their name being linked to it. I was in the shop getting my bedliner and tonneau the other week, and they were selling the same bars on sale for $300 something installed. They even commented on mine, wondering where I got them. I believe the ebay vendor was listed as 'Intrigued'. When I get home from work, I'll find a link to the bay store. Have some 'in the box' pics I will post as well to see if they really are identical.

I just bought similar Stainless Steel bars from http://www.hardcoretruck.com/ . He has them at $299 on his web but you can also find them cheaper on ebay if you look

I really like them

Relatively cheap versus OEM
Good looking
easy to install
and at 225 lbs - seem sturdy too

mine do not have any wording on the treads

Remembered the name of the ebay seller, it's Intrigue. Link to their dodge parts store:

I recently purchased some 3" oval side bars too. I went with ARIES 3" oval chrome bars that have a nice 45 degree angle at each end. I paid $379.00 installed at my new favorite truck accessory shop. I'm 6'2" 300+ lbs and they handle my weight fine, all though I don't need them, they're really for my wife and kids. I wanted the Mopar side bars but they run $699.00 a pair. I like these units because they fill up the sides from the front tire to rear cab and don't stick out to far. Here are some pics of the steps.
