did you ever figure this out???? Mine is doing the same thing.....

 

Check your motor mounts . I have tried all of these solutions , and still have vibration. Looking yesterday and found my passenger side mount has a large tear. Friend said its common due to engine torque . Lifted the hood , put it in gear and gassed it . Passenger side of motor raised up a good amount with a light rev of gas.
