A few things to keep in mind:
1. Read your warranty. There's some fine print in there like the mandated inspection by the dealer.
2. Have you ever tried fighting Dodge when they've denied a warranty claim? It's always in the dealer's best interest to get a claim approved, b/c they get paid for doing the work, but if Dodge denies it, they're not going to fight them for you - don't want to **** Dodge off. Now you can use the Magnusson Moss act as your defense, but it will be your word against theirs, right? Wrong. They will have a good lawyer and an "expert" saying that your actions caused this to happen. Now it's up to you to find your own lawyer and your own expert to go up against them. Have fun with that. I rather just follow their maintenance schedule and keep my documents to back it up to avoid such problems.
