Hemis and babying...there's something wrong with that picture! I can't resist the urge to make my beast roar a couple times around town to and from work. Just because I have grey in my hair and haven't seen my belt bucket for quite some time does not mean I can't live back in the day a little...Ha Ha!

I'm still on my first free tank of gas from the stealership. Gotta love that 32gallon tank. Anyways, I'm still driving around with a light foot, averaging about 14 mpgs with mixed driving. I couldn't resist flooring it around town while showing off the truck. I really hope I can average about 17mpg, but I doubt I will resist flooring this baby every so often. It really takes off at freeway speeds too. Love it!

Default im getting 18.5 city

I just switched to Royal Purple Syn, installed an pre-engineered volant CAI, and performed the Central Vehicle Control Mod swap and get about 19miles city.

Total cost was only like $300

I just filled up a few days ago and have been doing the granny driving thing too. I have seen my EVIC read solid 14's and a few 15's for brief moments. I was trying to see if my recent mods (Magnaflow and K&N drop in) would help fuel economy. Well today me and my co-worker made a quick run to pick up some lunch. I'm doing my granny driving minding my own business, when a BMW 325i with a loud exhaust cuts me off. The BMW has a sticker that says "do you want to race?" Well at the next light I had to teach him a lesson. From a 15mph roll I hit it and the Ram jumped the BMW by 3 to 4 car lengths (A/C on with an adult passenger). It was not even close, I let off when I hit 2nd gear. The BMW did a flyby after being introducted to MR. Hemi!! So much for granny driving, my EVIC dropped down to 13.5 after that romp. Well worth it. I love my hemi!!
