Default Exhaust Tip Change Out Factory Dual

Anyone upgrade the exhaust tips on the factory dual?
If so, How large can you go on the tip size? 5''?

Waiting for my hemi flowmaster 50 series. Wanted to do 40's but the flowmaster rep said thats no good. You actually lose peformance, hp gain etc as the 50 series is nicknamed the "hemi" muffler. (larger interior tubing etc)

Just thinking on what tips I should upgrade to....

This is a great forum, a bit slow. but good stuff here.

5" tips? Those are for diesels.. I wouldn't go any bigger than 4" and that's pushing it. I'd like to see some shots of aftermarket tips as well!

....Okay. wifey went to bed. Online chit chat we go.

That looks great Jake09.

Looking for a dual wall tip, about 12'' length.

(hating looking at the stock tips from the side. Tips look tiny.

Ahem. Size Matters.

Why would it? There is an adjustment for the exhaust tips about 18" from the back.
