I also got the 3 years of free oil changes.. For being active duty.. A question though...

Before I call Chrysler, I wanted to know that these coupons can be used at any Chrysler dealer right? Because each one of my coupons have the dealership that I bought the truck from on each coupon(on the upper left hand corner).

That dealer is almost 80miles away and they just closed the local dodge dealership down here in Homestead Fl.
Am I screwed that these coupons are only legit at the dealership I bought them from since their name is on every ticket?

Thanks guys,
Jeff

Active duty....bought it last month and no one ever mentioned free oil changes to me, nor any coupon book....

Would I still qualify even after I bought the truck?

I am military as well. No one has said a word to me about any free oil changes. I purchased an 09 RAM in FEB/MAR time frame. First I have heard of this.

Anyone have any info or phone numbers I could call?

I am not surprised if the dealership failed to take action if that's the case. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Bought 2 vehicles the same day and they treated me as if I was doing them a favor.

Its only good from April 1, to Dec of this year so if you bought before then it does not count, its in addition to the $500 rebate.

There is a number at Chrysler that will take you to the right place for this.

1-800-227-0757 Option 3, then 3, then 1

Hope this helps I had to fax my bill of sale this morning and a small letter stating I am military and did not get this offer then though my dealership told me I did.

No one said anything to me either. I'm not in a military area. I think the military discount kicked the oil change thing into affect and the coupon book was sent by Dodge. I got them in the mail and would assume that it would be no problem to use anywhere.

I got the $500 discount and the 6 free oil changes. The dealer didn't say anything about the oil changes. I just called the dealership when I got the coupon book in the mail and asked them about it. I didn't use the coupon when I went in last month to get the oil changed. The service manager said they have it in the system that tells them how many free oil changes I have. I also bought my truck in March, granted it was at the end of March so I'm not sure about the whole 1 APR to DEC deal.

I also don't think there is a difference between the 6 free oil changes and free oil changes for 3 years. Maybe the dealer told you guys that you get them for 3 years but only twice a year? Has anyone used 3 free oil changes since they bought their truck?

I know its only 6 coupons and they are saying 1 oil change every 6000 miles or 6 months. But still I did not get anything even though I was told I would. We will see what Chrysler does for me.

Well I agree USMC, mine also came on at 2600 miles, but thats how Dodge is looking at it that is why they say you get 3 years free oil changes but only give you 6 coupons, b/c they seem to think you only need to get it done at every 6,000 miles or 6 months.
