Dual Headlamp to quad?
This is my first post on this forum i have a 09 slt crew 4X4.
is that just an opinion that the quads are worse or has anyone tested them side by side or jumped in one truck after driving the other. I have the non quads and the lighting is bad much worse then my 07 Thanks for any info.

I had my lights adjusted at the dealer. I have the duals and they sucked all together. Once they were rasied they are awesome! The tech actually said that it's a production issue when they setup the head lights the truck is on a level "jig" and then once the truck hits the ground the rake in the suspension makes them point to low. Makes sense to me. . .
I looked into swapping the lights also, and it can be done but it ain't cheap. Besides after looking at one with the quads and mine side by side, this will sound wierd, but the truck looks tougher with the parking lamps on with the duals, IMO

I drew out the schematics to when switching from dual to quad headlights have the low beams stay on when you switch on the hi beams. Also can work with the fog lights. I dont know if anyone is interested. I can also make the kits that work in my truck.
The switch is possible...I did it to my truck but I added HID's in my quad low beams. I will never use my high beams unless I am flashing someone at a stop ahead of me to go before I do. My HID's are perfect so no use for my highs....The highs in the quads and the duals are absolute garbage...save up and invest and get HID's...trust me. Just look at my threads and you'll see
