My oldest was traveling to San Antonio from Dallas , for the weekend and borrowed the Ram. He called about 2 hrs into the trip and wanted to know what the fuel saver was? I told him about how the computer changes the engine to 4 cyl.

Then he called back to say how good the ride was!
He has a 05 chevy ext cab in great condition. Ram Crew has so much more room when traveling.

Hope I get it back in one piece..... LOL

 

You must really trust him....Don't know if I'd let my dad use mine, right now that is..

 

What parents do for their kids, My son the [oldest] is 24 great kid... young man
My youngest [the girl in collage ] will graduate in December...

Now her using the RAM , that is a differant story. She has had 2 accidents at school

Well if an emergency he could he is 18, totalled a brand new Sebring, not his fault no witnesses anything both claim green lights, my son actually said the light turned as he got to it so he had his foot heading for the brake when he saw the guy coming from the side street. Boom he swerved but they hit, the other guy had a spilled coffee on the floor but nobody was to blame...****ing cops are useless., Then in the winter a freak rain storm that froze instantly well that was a mess he made it almost home 10 miles in this crap he tries to turn and the car wont turn it heads for curb, he tried it all as did the 3 cars that hit him. hell I have told this story 10 times in here I think. He has his own 08 Avenger now that is what he wrecked in th winter 4 grand worthdamage, I totalled the parts for what I could have gotten them and well lets say body shops are still hosing the insurance companies and they are hosing us. 7 to 14 percent insurance increase this year in Ontario.

 

I trust both my boys. My wife, myself and both my boys have keys to every vehicle. They ask if they can use the 09 but before I had it, they would just take which ever truck they felt like driving at the time. I have overheard their friends complaining they drive to slow so I don't worry about them. I do not allow anyone other than them to use the trucks though. Jeff.

 

I would let my dad use my truck if he needed it. Immediate family=OK.

 

I won't let my wife drive my truck. She never drove my 07 either. Take a look at her Grand Cherokee and you'll see why.

 

My wife is a great driver. She can use my truck anytime.
My kids are a little too young; 2 and 5 years old. My 5-yr old likes to be pressed back in her seat and the 2-yr old yells "faster Daddy!". Great ride.

I like my friends to drive it so they can see what a great ride I have. They are always cautioned to treat her right though. Use it, but don't abuse it.
