I know I know.... this thread is worthless without a video... one will come hopefully tonight or at most by this weekend.
But here is my observation on the Borla... Its bad ***!
The original muffler that came off was at least 3 times larger than the borla...
The resonators were left on and i prolly will keep them on.... it is plenty loud when i get on it and while reving up to show off... but at 65 and with the cruise control on.. you cant tell its there...
There is a small drone at 1600-1800 rpm... but its nowhere near my flowmaster super 44 that i had on my F150.. this drone is easy to drive around... either speed up a lil.. or start coasting
The install seemed to be a pain for the guys installing it... looks like they had a lil trouble getting the big muffler out and off its hinges... and trying to line up the dual exhaust tips to exactly how they came from stock took 3 guys to do it (2 guys on each tip to hold it steady and one guy to weld).
But yes... is sounds like a race car... get Borla sound... and with the million mile warranty and all stainless steel construction.. i know that muffler will last for years with no probs..

I was wondering what the exhaust would sound like with a Borla muffler. I'm anxious to hear the video clip.

here is the best vid i can get tongith... my wife wouldnt let me stop for longer...
it seems while in N the rev limiter kicks in at 4000 rpm... t the end i drive to put it in park and see if it would get higher... nope... anyway.. hope this helps
