First they have to crack the ecm codes, then they test the tunes they wrote.

Yup, they use other vehicles. The last Predator took for ever to come out for the Hemi but when they started testing on the trucks that were brought in for testing by their owners, at their own free will, diablo fine tuned them and they came to market. I have guinie piged two of my trucks for lift kits in the past and it was a chance I took to get a free lift kit.

Be careful. I have yet to confirm this but I hear Dodge can tell if the PCM has been modified, even if you put it back. If I can ever confirm or deny this I will let you know.
