Default 2009 Ram Sport with SRT Seats ?

After reading a post on here regarding the leather seats with ventiltaion ac and the material screwing up it got me looking at my seats. Anyways just a thought I went on Ebay looking up the seats from the SRT models with the grey swade and wondered how they would look in the sport truck ? The SRT seats are vary good looking and I could give up the ac/heater seats for a set of those and then remove the SRT logo from the headrest. Anyways no way I'm going to do that it was from reading the post abought the seats and now I wish I never saw that post because I will not stop looking at mine, anyways.

I'm not a fan of the grey suede. I have the leather with a/c and heat in my sport and am replacing them with a custom embroidered leather set. I will have my set (front and rear) up for sale afterward.

I love my katzkin leather seats. I don't know what the SRT seats are costing on Ebay but Katzkin may be worth looking into.

Only thing is I wish I had heated seats, but I can add those with time.

Did your truck come from the factor with the Katzkin seats?

Well my dealer told me they sent it out to have it done. But there is a guy on "another" dodge forum who has the same setup I do (seats and all) and his dealer told him they picked them up from the Michigan plant, each dealer got one, and they had the katzkin leather installed and there are 125 of them.

The story the dealer told actually measures up as his seats also say "commemorative edition" in them and both our trucks built very early and at the same place.

So, I just think the dealer I bought from was bs'in me.

The accessory book has the Katzkin covers in it. That's probably where they are from.

Mopar and Katzkin Leather Interiors, Inc., have come together to create a unique custom leather seating program for enthusiasts who want to express their individuality. All seat covers are approved for vehicles with OCS. They come in over 50 color choices, and carry a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty when installed.Refer to additional section of the catalog for part number, color, logos, pattern selections and order form.

My dealer just sends them to the local custom shop and Katskin sends the covers there and they do them for the dealer, you can buy you own Katzkin leather from Katzkin just go to their site.
