I'm assuming you have the automatic climate control...

P.S. you can get it, read the forums!

recall J12---manual temp controls. check software p/n. if software is certain ones, its good to go. if software certain other ones, reprogram/flash. if p/n displayed as all "??????????", then replace.

recall is for possibilty of no windshield defrost---safety issue in certain conditions.

Hi All:
I had the HVAC reprogram done yesterday and it is totaly screwed up now. I live 4 miles from dealer and it that time it stopped working for a half second 4 times and the high flow fan for fast cooling does not work now. I think it was reprogramed for the flaw not the fix. Will bring back A.S.A.P.

Automatic climate control. Standard on a Laramie I think and an option on the Sport and maybe SLT. It wasn't available for the TRX4.

well I had mine done as well and have the same issue. But living here in WA where the weather is not that bad I have not taken it back in. were they able to fix it on you truck when you brought it in? I went in a couple days ago (they were super busy) and they said it had to be something with the programing. I'm going to take it in before my big trip in Nov to get it fixed, just wondering what it was.
