lol... thats great.. hate it when u try to ask for help and people tell you that you think you know it all... haha, i dont know it all, if i knew it all i wouldnt have posted anything in the first place, not trying to start a big ole stink about it, just originally wanted to know if there was a way to take it off, dont get me wrong, some of the things i said didnt need to be said, but at the same time it is hard to tell what tone of voice someone is using while in text. just wanted to say thanks for all the help and "guidance" that u guys have provided me with.. but when u say i dont have manners and ur talking bad about me in my own thread then yea... doesnt sound right to me, maybe u guys just gang up on young people because you had it hard when you were my age? idk go ahead if you want to ban me for giving my own opinion along with everyone else who has posted in my thread, looked to you guys for guidance and needed some help on making my decisions because you have been around the block many more times than i have and probly know ur stuff, but some people just dont know how to respect that.

Here's a good example of why people think you're a know-it-all.

This was my reply to your original request.

An engine only puts out maximum horsepower when it's under full load, i.e. you'd have to be flooring it all the time. When you're just cruising around town, you're nowhere near full load, you're probably putting out around 1/4 of the max output. That's true of any naturally aspirated engine, in any vehicle.

The MDS will shut down half the cylinders under low load conditions, saving gas. You may not be concerned with fuel savings, that's fine, but if you turn off the MDS you will see no benefit, it's just physics. You'll be needlessly wasting fuel.
And this was your followup

So not only did you disregard what I told you, you actually called me a dumbass, and made a statement that made it quite clear to everyone that you don't have the slightest idea how an engine actually works.

People aren't really concerned with the fact that you're 16, besides the lack of spelling and grammar in each of your posts. If you acted the way you do, and you were 40, people would still be unhappy with you.

So calm down, learn some respect, think before you type, and you may actually learn a thing or two.
